Each person who attends the Roundup must be registered with an active RRC Member.
How to Order Tickets:
With your $90 ticket purchase, you get a ticket for yourself and one guest. Enter the code FREEPASS to get the free ticket for that guest.

Our annual RRC Roundup is the only event of its kind in the United States!
The Roundup encourages members to meet and share experiences while learning from RRC coaches and guest speakers.
Your ticket includes access to a weekend full of fellowship, education, and fun. We’ll open the festivities with a meet and greet on Friday afternoon at the Hilton Garden Inn Grapevine at Silverlake Crossing.
Saturday we’ll gather at the Grapevine Convention Center for a full-day seminar featuring keynote speakers. This year’s Roundup showcases keynote speeches by Retirement Researcher Wade Pfau, PhD, and Christine Benz of Morningstar. The Retirement Answer Man himself, Roger Whitney, CFP®, will also be delivering a keynote speech.
In the afternoon, we’ll disperse into breakout sessions where members gather in small groups with guest speakers and RRC coaches to discuss a wide range of retirement and pre-retirement topics. Our upcoming Roundup includes these sessions: How to use the RISA to Choose Your Withdrawal Strategy, Navigating a Solo Retirement, How to Manage Your Risk of Cognitive Decline, Understanding MoneyGuide Elite Results, Tax Efficient Strategies, How to Reimagine Your Life in Retirement, Using Budgeting Software to Help You Rock Retirement, How to Choose Investments for Your Pie-Cake, Figuring Out Your Fun Bucket, A Guide for the Non-Financial Manager and more. The Roundup closes on Sunday at 12:30 pm, after a final keynote and two more rounds of breakout sessions.
In addition to the scheduled activities, club members often gather in smaller groups throughout the weekend to enjoy local attractions and flavor. Have fun exploring restaurants, participating in pickleball games, or enjoying walks around town. Learn more about Grapevine on their website.
