Frequently Asked Questions

What is the price of membership?

Annual memberships are $799.99/year.

Am I locked into my membership when I join RRC?

Nope! If you’re not happy, we’re not happy. When you join RRC, you can relax knowing you're covered by our satisfaction guarantee. Cancel anytime, for any reason, within the first 30 days of enrollment, and we will refund your entire membership fee.

Does my membership automatically renew?

Yes, memberships automatically renew until you choose to cancel. You can easily request a cancellation within the Mighty Networks platform or email our team for help at hello@rockretirementclub.com.

How do the interactions with other members work? Are they Zoom meetings? How do you actually connect with people?

We use Mighty Networks as our "interaction" Clubhouse because we want to ensure a private community where non-members cannot view our content. In the Clubhouse, we offer social media style discussion on retirement topics both to the general membership and in specialty groups. The RRC Team, including Roger and our Retirement Coaches, offers weekly Zoom meetups where you can interact with the RRC staff and other RRC members. Most meetups are recorded and made available in Mighty Networks as video and through our private RRC podcast.

How long do our MoneyGuideElite and Everplans subscriptions last?

Your subscriptions to Everplans legacy software and the MoneyGuideElite retirement calculator last as long as your Rock Retirement Club Membership is active. If you cancel your membership at any point, you can purchase an Everplans subscription on your own. Unfortunately, at this time, MoneyGuidePro does not make its products available to individual consumers.

What do all those certifications after your name mean?
