Nichole Mills

COO

Nichole has been diligently transforming Roger’s visions into reality since starting as Roger’s assistant in 2016. In her current role, she oversees operations for Rock Retirement Club and the Retirement Answer Man podcast, where she occasionally pops up to say hello. Nichole brings you every Saturday’s Noodle newsletter.

Outside of work, Nichole’s hands and heart are very full with her three sons, two cats, rescue dog, and blessedly patient husband. She starts and ends the day with her nose in a book, and in between you can find her cheering on her boys’ sports, pulling together something delicious in the kitchen, or planning family adventures.
